Carved medium-rare on roasted peppers with basil pearl pasta, smoked tomato osso bucco, green beans, & a horseradish gremolata.

Seafood at the Gas
Baked warehou with seared scallops & a karengo crust on smoked cod risotto & fresh buttered asparagus.

Roast turkey fillet
Stuffed with sage & onion on a potato salad with chorizo sausage, minteds summer vegetables, rocket, & walnut-pear chutney.
